My work is under a CC-License. So:
- You can share my photographs on and off deviantArt
- You always have to mention my name and link back to the original
- DON'T change my images in any way (for layouts, buttons and the like)
- You CANNOT use my photography to make money

Also:
I don't do "Thank you for the fav" messages. It DOES make me happy when people appreciate my artwork, but I think it makes way more sense to spend my time creating more art to share rather than copy & pasting text.
