Samba - the most ecstatic of all ballroom dances. It's sensuality, sexuality and fun on the dancefloor. Because of these criteria I think it's important for the the audience to see the attraction between the couple. And in my opionion that's nicely expressed here.

 Everything worked great in this shot, the choice of B&W, the couple, the background, the composition, the depth of field, the contrast... Everything came together perfectly! So much praise, it's almost too much to take. Hm. But only almost.  I'm glad you like it. I don't know the movie Raging Bull. What's it about, is it a dance film?  you're welcome it really is a great shot! Raging Bull is a boxing movie by Martin Sorcese with Robert De Nero in it, arguably one of the greatest films of the 80s... the whole movie was shot in B&W and was very gritty. It reminded me of the opening scene.Oh one thing that bothers me a little (being a perfectionist here cos this picture is close to it) is the title... Sensual Samba sounds a little cliche and doesn't quite match the amazing shot -- ------------------------------- "Imagination is intelligence with an erection." --Victor Hugo lol, it's not a cliché in dancing terms ... because you see, Samba is not "sensual". Sexual, if anything. It's pure ecstasy. I just wasn't sure whether the English word ecstasy was only used for the drug or also in everyday life. So I decided to use something that I was sure that wouldn't be misinterpreted.
Pure laziness.I do see what you mean though ..... what alternative title would you suggest? Any idea? Hmmm... How about "Ecstatic"? We do have the word ecstasy in english

The only thing I would have done diferently is the crop. I would place the couple a little bit more in the image. Not like the rule of thirds but a little bit more to the left.
But the capture is great and the porture of the couple is full of erotic energy. very nice, I think you captured the spirit of the dance. -- I support [link] Romanian artists community on DeviantArt Ex-po-zure Photo Club [link] Secret Photo Society on dA [link] *RoWatch Yeeeeeeeeeeees .... I can see the title work, but it somehow ... still does not satisfy me. I see adoration, passion, confidence, sexuality, sensuality and a lot of other emotions in the couple. And all this exposed on a dancefloor. The title would have to summ up all of that to convince me. Ecstatic shows some of that, but only partly.
YEah I don't think that's a satisfactory title either, it's just an idea that may inspire you to the perfect title
