Making this I realized just how limited my abilities are as a photomanipulator. There is definitely more practicing in my future. 
I also think I went a little overboard with the blue and the foggyness... might adjust that. I also realize that the girl is not very nicely worked into the whole thing... I fiddled with it for a while, but I literally had no idea what I was doing, so I stopped. Any ideas?
